Concept & feasibility
We check the wheel system against the machine: loads, speed, tyre, hub interface, space envelope, standards (ETRTO, TÜV, RDW). The scope is agreed with you up front.
Engineering
3D design, FEM where needed, drawings, bill of materials with tyre, bearing and axle partners. Quoted on hours and external costs.
Prototype & validation
Prototypes from our own 3D laser cutting, CNC and welding; load and fatigue testing; field validation with you.
Industrialisation & series
Tooling, process and quality plan; small and medium series in Vaals, large series at LIV Systems within the group. Short lead times, ISO 9001:2015.
