Pressing is the core of what we do. In Vaals we shape steel with hydraulic deep drawing, stamping, punching, nibbling and hydraulic pressing, with our own dies made in-house.
Small and large series
Small and medium series and prototypes run in Vaals. For large batches we work with our sister company LIV Systems in Slovenia, which has a highly automated plant for deep-drawn parts.
After pressing
Parts can be laser cut in 3D, welded, coated or galvanised in our own plant, so a custom deep-drawn part leaves us finished.
