Our metalworking plant for wheels, rims, springs and axles lies 5 km from the German city of Aachen, in the heart of Western Europe. We work on 6,000 m² of production and storage space on an 11,000 m² site.
We specialise in wheel and wheel suspension systems: rims, tyres, axles, hubs, torsion axles and spring blocks, plus custom solutions. Our production resources:
- R&D: a dedicated team for innovation and optimisation of our products
- In-house die making: our own dies, for flexibility and speed
- Hydraulic deep drawing, stamping, punching, nibbling and hydraulic pressing
- 3D laser cutting: Trumpf 3D TrueLaser Cell 3000, 4 kW
- Powder coating: GEMA systems, technology and capacity renewed in 2023
- CNC milling and turning: machines from Hyundai and Style
- Round and spot welding, deburring
- Assembly of rims, tyres and axles, and development of tyres and torsion axles
With the exception of rubber tyres, we use exclusively non-Asian raw materials. That keeps delivery times short and quality stable.
